Sora Stream requires a stable Internet connection. This message tells us that the connection with the server has been lost. To avoid disconnections, we recommend you to connect your Windows computer (via Ethernet cable) to the router. Sometimes, the firewall may block the connection to our servers. To avoid this, you will need to add an exception in your firewall.
If the problem persists, try using Sora Stream with few applications open, or try turning the router off and on. Finally, if you are connected to a corporate network or through a VPN, contact your administrator to check that the connection is not being blocked by your network settings. If you still encounter some issues while playing, please contact our support team. If you are playing from your mobile phone, try to do it near the router to rule out interference in the Wi-Fi network. If the problem persists,
